Limits beyond the email count

MailerSend's lower plans are shaped by more than volume. Free and Hobby allow one sending domain and keep activity data for one day, and Free allows 100 API requests a day, so an app that checks message status often can hit the request cap before the email cap. Starter lifts these to 10 domains, 7 days of data and 100,000 requests.

Where MarkRelay fits

A good fit when

  • Your domain is on Cloudflare and the app should send and receive in your own account, with receiving free.
  • Mailboxes your team can open next to the API, and many domains without per-domain fees.

Look elsewhere when

  • A hosted relay with nothing to deploy, or a dedicated IP and sending SLA.
  • Very high volume where Amazon SES's per-email price matters most.
